My name is Gillian Rabbitt and I am the high school English Language Arts teacher here at Allen Academy. I have just begun my second year teaching in the high school, and I love it.
I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing. I later went back to Western to obtain my Secondary Education teaching certificate in English Language Arts and Speech. I currently teach juniors and seniors in ACT Reading Comprehension, Writing Mechanics, and Journalism.
My hobbies include anything to do with, reading a great book, swimming, and skiing. I am looking forward to an excellent, productive school year, and welcome any and all parents to contact me with any questions.
