Setting Good Homework Habits:

Together, with your child, select where homework will be completed.
Break homework into small sessions.
Record assignments and after-school activities on a calendar.
Remain close by in case assistance is needed.
Be consistent.
Have homework supplies in a container and ready for the child to use.
If there is more than one child, remember, everyone has their own learning style.
Check the planner daily (grades 3-8).
Check the bookbag regularly.
